    Flooding Begins at Hoboken NJ Waterfront

    The Hudson River has already started breaching the waterfront of Hoboken NJ.  This video was shot at 10am on Monday.  This water level does not look as bad as Battery Park, but I was surprised to see it looking like this so early.  This is definitely a worse storm than Hurricane Irene last year if the 'worst is yet to come'.
