    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     PankajP says he lives five minutes from the boardwalk on Essex Street in Jersey City, New Jersey, which began flooding even before the rain began. 'The water level is the same as it was the morning after Hurricnae Irene so this is going to get crazy.'

    PLEASE NOTE: Sandy is an extremely dangerous storm. We urge iReporters to take caution when documenting the storm and follow local guidance. For storm information specific to your area, please monitor warnings issued by your local National Weather Service forecast office.

    Pictures from 10 a.m. You can already see water coming over on the boardwalk. Wind gust is getting very strong. The water level is same as what i saw the morning after Irene. This is not looking good....
