View From A Swing State: Offensive Billboards
This is one of the many ridiculous billboards that line my commute to work in South Florida.
As a voter, I find it offensive that the republicans distort facts like this to scare/manipulate voters into voting for their candidate.
As a Jewish voter, I am even more offended because they are specifically trying to manipulate me.
While I know better than to believe this billboard's message, many others don't. And armed with that knowledge, republicans intentionally use these tactics to manipulate the public.
ALL voters should find that offensive.
I might not like everything the democrats do or agree with all their policies, but this is a great example of.why you just can't trust republicans - they choose to use lies and scare tactics like this to gain votes while refusing to clearly define the vague, polarizing soundbites they pass off as policies.
If they can't even tell us specifics about what they would do, either they don't know, or worse, they do know and know voters won't like it.
I'll take four more years over that any day.
