    Early Storm Surge - NYC West Side

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter zdpollock shot this video from the end of a pier near New York City's West 29th Street. He tells CNN he's never witnessed any storm surge this dramatic before in NYC.

    Taken at about 1:30PM. Boats being rocked from moorings and storm swell coming over the west side greenway.
