    8th and 14th building facade collapse

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter sarkis01 shot this video from nearby the intersection of New York City's 8th and 14th streets tonight, where the facade of a residential building collapsed. The collapse occured shortly before 6:30pm Monday evening, a FDNY spokesman tells CNN.

    PLEASE NOTE: Sandy is an extremely dangerous storm. We urge iReporters to take caution when documenting the storm and follow local guidance. For storm information specific to your area, please monitor warnings issued by your local National Weather Service forecast office.
