CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter jefffrank123 submitted this photo from Brooklyn, NY- as he was looking out his living room window, he watched the Manhattan skyline go dark. Superstorm Sandy made landfall on the New Jersey coast earlier Monday night and is causing severe flooding/power outages for millions in the Northeast. PLEASE NOTE: Sandy is an extremely dangerous storm. We urge iReporters to take caution when documenting the storm and follow local guidance. For storm information specific to your area, please monitor warnings issued by your local National Weather Service forecast office.
