Hurricane Sandy - Flooding Jersey City

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     murali17 shot video of the 3- to 4-foot water sloshing up to storefront windows on his street in Jersey City, NJ, tonight. He lives on the second floor of the building. 'You are looking at a street, with grocery, liquor and dry cleaning store,' said the software engineer.

PLEASE NOTE: Sandy is an extremely dangerous storm. We urge iReporters to take caution when documenting the storm and follow local guidance. For storm information specific to your area, please monitor warnings issued by your local National Weather Service forecast office.
    - zdan, CNN iReport producer

This is almost 3 feet and growing, at Jersey City, NJ. Taken from the 2nd floor of a high rise building.
