    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Fabrice Frere shot this video around 10 p.m. ET, and said even though he was hearing on the news that the storm was passing, it feels "still pretty alive." He said the damage in the neighbhorhood was extensive, and includes fallen scaffolding, downed trees and blocked streets.
