    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     wards1 says he didn't see any camera crews or photographers on the street and wanted to share his view of Manhattan Monday night and early Tuesday. He said it was 'eerily silent.'

    PLEASE NOTE: Sandy is an extremely dangerous storm. We urge iReporters to take caution when documenting the storm and follow local guidance. For storm information specific to your area, please monitor warnings issued by your local National Weather Service forecast office.

    Around the West Village and Soho following Sandy (12:30AM on 10/30/12) with significant flooding on the West Side Highway at Perry Street and West Broadway at Spring Street.
