Less than an hour after Sandy made landfall less than 50 miles to the south, West Windsor Township NJ crews were clearing roads to ensure public safety and access for police and other first responders. Pictured is a crew removing a felled tree that blocked an intersection. The wind raged as the crew hurried to remobe the obstacle and move on to the next hazard.
