    Hurricane Sandy Flooding

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     ShahirD told me, 'Most of the FDR is flooded, up to the banks of East End Ave, where there is a police presence sandbagging the area. It appears that flooding has reached several of the buildings, however they are not yet evacuated, nor is there any power outage. There's a lot of debris flying around, and several cars have been struck by either tree branches. Wind speeds are very high, making it very difficult to walk around.'

    PLEASE NOTE: Sandy is an extremely dangerous storm. We urge iReporters to take caution when documenting the storm and follow local guidance. For storm information specific to your area, please monitor warnings issued by your local National Weather Service forecast office.
