    Building Crumbles in Wake of Sandy

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     peterhop took this image of firefighters on the scene after a wall had just collapsed from an NYC building. He reports that rescuers were able to safely remove residents before the wall crumbled. He describes the scene as 'dramatic' while firefighters were working to secure the rest of the building.
