My name is Shauna. My daughter Elena was born on October 29. Last year for her first birthday we had a freak snow storm that rendered half my family without power so they weren't able to make her party. THIS year for her 2nd birthday we had her party TWO weeks earlier just in case anything bad happened. Although everyone made fun of me and said I was crazy! We bought her a trampoline for her birthday so all the kids could enjoy it and she could still have it after the party rather than paying money for a bouncy house. Well, low and behold, on the day of her birthday we get hit with a hurricane and her trampoline was picked up and literally bent in half by the hurricane winds! I don't know what it is but I am now fully convinced that her birthday is hexed! And now her birthday present is ruined! Just wanted to share our story.
