CNN PRODUCER NOTE     BenVonK says some areas in Barnegat Light, NJ, are under 6 inches of water, as shown in his video shot at 9:30 a.m. today. 'Unfortunately I expected flooding like this based on my experience riding out Irene, but it's always unnerving to see deep, standing water in one's neighborhood. Sandy will be talked about on Long Beach Island for many years to come,' he said. 'I'm stuck at home with no power, charging my phone in the car. This morning I tried to drive to the causeway to the mainland but had to turn back on account of debris and floodwater. The island is in very tough shape right now.'
