    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Appalachian State University student Maddie Breen snapped a photo of the snowy view out her dorm window this morning. 'I was so excited to see the snow. It's kind of worrying that the snow isn't really letting up, though,' she said. 'Sandy has produced a lot of winds, especially up in the mountains. It makes standing outside for a little not very bearable.'

    PLEASE NOTE: Sandy is an extremely dangerous storm. We urge iReporters to take caution when documenting the storm and follow local guidance. For storm information specific to your area, please monitor warnings issued by your local National Weather Service forecast office.
