    Sandy caused fire in Brooklyn, Sheepshead bay as flood starts

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Treeam told me, 'There was a car stuck in the water and blocking the street and FDNY had to get to the burning house by walking thru the water. They were rescuing people from the house next to the burning one, who were affected by smoke.

    PLEASE NOTE: Sandy is an extremely dangerous storm. We urge iReporters to take caution when documenting the storm and follow local guidance. For storm information specific to your area, please monitor warnings issued by your local National Weather Service forecast office.

    Sandy caused fire in Brooklyn, Sheepshead bay as flood starts on evening Oct. 29th. Firefighters were put in very challenging situation.
