    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     paladin61585 told me, 'When I saw the awesome power of nature's fury, I stood in shock, and got my camera, when I saw the water rushing, it looked like a freight train rolling through, the sound of the raging waters drowned out everything else in the background.'

    The Loyalhanna Creek Flooded its banks in Ligonier and latrobe PA, Causing 30 people to be rescued who lived along the bank.

    It crested flood Stage in the City's Legion Keener Park Area, The first time ever since Hurricane Agnes in 1972, before the creek was dredged out.

    Downstream in Downtown Latrobe its close to cresting the banks, if that happens well, it will be a major mess.
