    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     nicolesweet photographed this image of tools being shared in the Red Hook section of Brooklyn, New York, after Hurricane Sandy passed through the area. She says the area was hit pretty badly. She says the power was out, many homes were flooded and trees were down in the area. She says seeing the tools being shared showed the camaraderie of the neighborhood and how New Yorkers pull together when tragedy strikes.
