    NYC's Financial District Under Water

    Imagine living 50 floors above New York's Financial District - no power, no elevators, no lights, and no easy way out. After hiking down flight after flight of stairs, residents in the area surrounding Ground Zero are greeted by flooded subway stops and parking garages - and in some cases their own buildings, under water.
