    Manhattan Blacked Out

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     JShapNYC was walking his dog in Williamsburg last night when noticed an 'incredible view' from the pier. 'It's so eerie to see the entire part of lower Manhattan all blacked out. I can't remember one time losing power. Just to see these cars darting over the bridge into total darkness was a surreal sight,' he said. See his photo of the half light, half dark Williamsburg Bridge here.
