    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Denise Mortensen recorded this footage of gas lines in Madison, New Jersey, on October 31. She believes there are between 150-200 people in line for gas. She says many of the stations are closed in New Jersey and to find a station open is very rare. Once people find out about the open stations they are flocking to them to get whatever they need.
