We were at the Turtle Bay Resort on Oahu, North Shore. Dennis Quaid was there with his wife and the big film crew all were doing the big movie about Beth Hamilton and her arm being bit of by a shark in the waters of Kauai. I love Mary Beth but these guys were pigs at every turn. They treated me like shit and arrested me for taking the pool photo as you see in this picture as they thought at the same time I was taking photos of Dennis and his lithesome young blonde wife and of him. But no I was not. As I do not care about them or photos of them as they are nobodies to me or my wife.

Actually they are less imprtant than our other movie friends. And I believe they  did this to make a media/sensation statement. They arrested me as I may have been taking photos of  His Highness at the edge of the water. He was not in any of my recorded photos. And I was on public property  I was minding my businesss.There were no photos recorded of this man on my camera.

After camera confiscation by Turtle Bay Resort security guards and my detainment,  and legal wrangling they gave me a big cash settlement... They opened up their resort to the public and with some 100 photogs at pool side they ARRESTED OR HAULED AWAY NONE BUT ME AND MY WIFE, we of only 100 photogs at pool side,
This is a real deal as I have 40 witnesses who knew I did nothing wrong and said that Quaid was ignorant and stupid. Even the BARmaid at theTurtle Bay Resort said we
were scewed by this dude. Dude being Dennis Quaid. whose paid little henchmen from hell to ensure photos from his life and sweet ass wlfe cannot make it to the internet. Turtle Bay Resort Caters to his mania and privacy. They will find I never see them again after 25 years of loyal visiting.  Dennis is an asshole and they protect this strange man. But I have the canceled cheque and apology. He is one strange conrolling dude and I do not need him in my life.

But I have the credit issued by the hotel to prove I was right  and that he was very wrong in his accusations. And he never ever looked me in the eye after that. A real mo fo. But he could not walk up to me and say man I was wrong about you and I'm sorry for what I did. Quaid is an ass. My friends Marlon Brandon, and Robert Duvall would roll over on this one and say "Dennis you are a total ass." Which he is/
