    Hoboken Flood

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     michaelsmall captured a panoramic photograph of flooding just outside a friend's home in Hoboken, New Jersey, on October 30. He says when he first saw the water he was shocked and horrified. He initially went to Hoboken after an evacuation order was given for residents of Lower Manhattan. But after the storm passed over New Jersey and flooding ensued, he took a ferry back to New York.
    - Jareen, CNN iReport producer

Water levels in the residential streets of Hoboken that are so high to make them impassable.
