Republican Leaders Call Romney a "Liar"
Either Republicans have short memories, are a bunch of liars themselves, or they say what they actually mean from time to time.
Perhaps Republican leaders are a mix of all these things.
When speaking about Romney, here are some quotes from the major leaders of the Republican Party and there Propaganda Source (Fox)on how they see Mitt Romney:
Giuliani: “I’ve never seen a guy change his position on so many things, so fast, on a dime”
Brit Hume Fox News: “You’re only allowed a certain amount of flips before people begin to doubt your character and I think Romney exhausted his quota some time back”
Louie Gohmert (Rep. Tex): “If you’re not sure about wanting to support Mitt Romney whether you’re liberal, or whether you’re very conservative, you ought to be excited because he’s been on your side at one time or another”
Rick Santorum: “This is someone that doesn’t have a core, he’s been on both sides of nearly every single issue in the past ten years”
John McCain: “Governor Romney has taken two positions on every issue at least”
Newt Gingrich: “I just think he should be honest with the American people and try to win as they REAL Mitt Romney, not try to invent a poll driven, consultant guided version that goes around with talking points. He ought to be candid”
Ron Paul: “We could call him a serial Flip Flopper”
John McCain: “He’s (Mitt Romney) a fraud”
Rick Santorum: “This is someone that will say anything to get elected and again I think people are recognizing they want the genuine article”
Newt Gingrich: On Romney “Someone that will lie to you to get to the Presidency, will lie to you as President”
Newt Gingrich: When ask if he is calling Mitt Romney a liar – “Yes. You seem shocked by it, but Yes”
Mike Huckabee: “I certainly think he is being dishonest about his own record”…”He’s making up stuff”..”We had a word for that in Arkansas, dishonest”
John McCain: “I don’t know how to response to some of it (about Mitt’s attacks) because his position will change tomorrow”
Donald Trump: “If you look at his record as governor is wasn’t exactly stellar, his job production was not great, at all, in fact it was the 3rd worst in the nation”
Rick Santorum: “If Mitt Romney is an economic heavy weight then we’re in trouble because he was 47th out of 50 in the state of Mass”
Recently the leaders at GM and Chrysler also noted that Romney is a liar, sooner or later either people realize what Mitt truly is (a liar) or they simply don't care.
When every major leader in your own party calls you out as a liar, well, enough said.
