    PEOPLE ARE HELPLESS IN CONEY ISLAND

    there are several buildings in coney island where people do not have food, water, or power. Babies with no formula. No help is coming there. Lots of senior citizens, in the buildings and no place to go... they are being told there are no shelters. West 35 street to west 20 street between surf avenue and neptune."
