    Marathon through Destruction?

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     DaElmersBack says he thinks holding the New York City Marathon is a terrible idea to hold in a city that is struggling. 'The last thing the citizens need are more people adding to the problem,' he said. 'With all the issues with gas shortages, is it right to bring in more cars and vehicles that will need it to leave?' he asked. 'These visitors are taking what these residents and victims need the most. Support from the city they live in. Help the citizens first, and then worry about making others happy,' he said.
    - Jareen, CNN iReport producer

Where are they going to house, feed and support the 1,000's coming to NYC for this years marathon? In a city that just suffered the biggest natural disaster in their history, should they really still hold this marathon?
