    No to Outsourcing

    My vision is to be able to go to work and do my job and not worry if I will have it tomorrow or if I will get a pay reduction. In the past 2 years most of the jobs at my company have been sourced to India. As a result many of my co-workers have been let go and the rest of us are waiting to hear how much of a paycut we will get. I would like to work with Americans who are qualified and who speak and understand the American language. People who share our values and respect our culture.
