    BREAKING NEWS: Woman Arrested for Trying to Vote More Than Once

    LAS VEGAS -- Secretary of State Ross Miller's office is reporting that a southern Nevada woman has been arrested on charges of trying to vote more than once.

     

    According to the secretary, the state's Election Integrity Task Force arrested Roxanne Rubin, a registered Republican late Friday afternoon at the Riviera Casino on the Las Vegas Strip.

     

    She attempted to vote twice, once at the Anthem Community Center and then at another location on Eastern Avenue. She was walked out of the Riviera about 4 p.m.

     

    She declined 8 News NOW's request for an interview.
