No Supreme Court in 2012 Election Please!
I urge the US Supreme Court to not repeat the Gore vs Bush intervention and decision if there are more state election problems in 2012, which looks like the case. The constitution provides for the electoral process, not direct elections for president. If some states have problems in running their elections, this problem should be addressed by congress when the elected electors assemble at the electoral college to cast their votes. At that time, the validity of the electors votes could be challenged and resolved in the legislative branch. This is no territory of the Supreme Court division of our three branches of government.
