    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter ChrisMorrow submitted this photo from Wayne, New Jersey. Barely 1 week after Hurricane Sandy slammed into the East Coast, much of the same region is now seeing snow from the season's first Nor'easter.

    Snow hits Wayne, New Jersey.

     

    Emergency workers are realizing to prioritize and make sure hospitals, nursing homes, medical facilities & hotels receive fuel first during the Nor'easter.
