    Although it's getting cold here in South Korea, my floor heater is still partially on: that tells it all!,.... we are setting ourselves up for better bitter being. ... Dongducheon city forecast today is 37degrees F./3 degrees C. foggy, 93% Humidity with a wind speed of 0m/h.
