    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     CherryLA told me, 'I didn't realize that Abraham Lincoln had other kids, that the Emancipation Proclamation wasn't bundled with the 13th Amendment and why he supported freedom for slaves. I always thought it was just because he wanted to disrupt the South's economy and not because he thought slavery was wrong.'

    I give Steven Spielberg's film 'Lincoln' two thumbs up!  This historical drama about how President Abraham Lincoln was able to enact the 13th Amendment to set my people FREE!
