Gino's East "The Original" of Chicago
I recently made a move to the Midwest and was introduced to a whole new brand of pizza. Gino's East "The Original" of Chicago made me a believer that there are other ways to eat your crust.
Not only do they provide great food, but they provide an environment that has a family-friendly setting and great service that will make you feel like a windy city resident by the time you leave.
If you are considering indulging in the art form they call "Deep-Dish Pizza", be aware that Gino's has a great reputation and is "The Original" so this can produce long lines and wait times. However, I advise that if you have not dined at Gino's you are missing out. Get in line and mentally prepare yourself for a pizza that will leave your mind and belly satisfied. Gino's East not only treats you like a local, but will have you eating like one as well in no time!
