    Looking at the Top of the World from Kala Patthar, Nepal

    Kala Patthar , located at approximately 18,200 feet, offers trekkers excellent views of Mt. Everest (left centre) and Nuptse (right). The Khumbu Icefall and Glacier can be seen in the foreground. The Icefall serves as the starting point of the southern approach to Mt. Everest.
