    Simply the best fried chicken to be found, and also home to a delicacy known as Nashville Hot Chicken, Prince's delivers on true local flavor. The Hot Chicken is a secret family recipe that is often imitated but never duplicated, and will take your quest for spicy, tasty chicken to a new level. The food has been immortalized in movie, song, and story, and patrons range from politicians and country music stars, to the average joe stopping in for a quick bite on there lunch. Dont expect 5 star service or your order served in 5 minutes, as this place is there for one reason:

    The food.

    Try the mild or risk your reputation with the extra hot. Just dont expect to find a seat, Prince's Chicken Shack lives up to its name, it is a shack, boasting only 10 tables, in a less than reputable part of town, yet for brave culinary enthusiasts, it is certainly worth the wait. Just be warned.. keep your hands away from your eyes after you eat! A must try for chicken or "hot" food aficionado....
