CNN PRODUCER NOTE     beachtar photographed these images of the Jazz & Colors Festival in Central Park, on November 10. There were 23 different venues within the park featuring one-man bands to big bands. beachtar says while he enjoys jazz music it was really great to see so many interesting people at the event.
    - Jamescia, CNN iReport producer

Thirty jazz bands were arrayed about Central Park from end to end yesterday, November 10, 2012. They ranged from simply a guy with a sax to the Mingus Big Band, which played in the band shell at 72nd Street. A great day, a great setting, and New Yorkers of all stripes were out in force.
