    From the Big Easy to the Far East

    A few years ago, I spent 18 days in China; Beijing and Xi'an. I failed in love with the culture, people, food and history. My most exciting times were going to the Great Wall, Terracotta Warriors in Xi'an, Forbidden City, and seeing the Pandas!

     

    I promised myself, I will return but did not know when it was possible.  In 2009 after attending the LSU/University of Washington football game in Seattle, I decided to visit Victoria, B.C. , Canada for some sightseeing. I end up meeting my future wife, who is my Panda (Xióngmāo) from China!   This year we were married and she has brought joy, stability and love to my life. We have plans to visit China as much as possible to see her family and travel.
