    Good Morning Darwin!

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Stitchum took this photo from the side of the road in the northern suburbs of Darwin, Australia, after forgetting about the eclipse until it was about to happen.

    "I am a early riser and only remembered when I noticed it was getting lighter outside," she says.

    "I quickly got my camera and my bigger lens and jumped into my utility. If I had of remembered earlier I would have gone to a different spot. There are not many high spots in Darwin so I went to go to the road that leads to a local nature park and was hoping that it would be open as there is a good higher picnic area but the gates were still locked so I took the pictures from the side of the road. Luckily this was only 5 minutes drive from where I live otherwise I would have missed it."

    I only remembered the eclipse was happeing this morning when the sky started to lighten. I threw the camera gear in the ute and headed to a spot where I thought I might get a good view, this is the result. Typical Darwin sunrise colours and hardly a cloud in the sky!
