Chinese New leader Xi Jin Ping's Problem

most of people here in the town believe Chinese Commonunist party new elected leader Xi Jin Ping faces 1 problem only during his decade leadership in the most population country, that is cracking down Chinese offical bureaucracy, if the party's offical started to care about their own people, they won't stroke me in depth inside my heart. to me the corrupted police in Shenhe police station Dongguan Guangdong China did not do anything after a robbery case happened to me in the year 2006 on Aug 14 , I have found the robber, and I reported to Guangdong police headquater in March 2011, but the bureaucratic police sit there, taking government money, did not give me a fucking care , they still let the robber on run. I lost about RMB 17600 Yuan assets. Xi Jin Ping, Can you hear from me? I have tried to write this news to many Chinese media, but none of Your Chinese media would allow me to write it on their page, this is why I have to come to CNN to let you know your offical's corruption. Mr. Xin Jin Ping, listen to me, pls do not be feared, you only have 1 problem to tackle it, that is your offical's bureaucracy. if you solve this problem, your party, your offical, will be highly efficiently to handle people's petition, and solve all China's problem. beleive me. you, and your party will be deeply loved by Chinese people, there won't be any dissidents to escape to America.
