I know of real instances of U.S. born black men and women egregiously violated by government going to, or petitioning (formally written or spoken) President Barack Obama, multiple members of the Congressional Black Clueless.....AKA the Congressional Black Caucus for redress, to approach these individuals to at least use his or her political influence, "oath office" to resolve these serious issues, or to remove no good U.S. Supreme Court Clarence Thomas from the U.S. Supreme Court bench or seat, and the result has been no response, game playing, running away from or ducking the issues presented, worthless rhetoric, joining the ranks of the criminal wrongdoers to further oppress or keep law abiding U.S. born black men, women, and his or her siblings in poverty, or to keep U.S. born blacks heavily dependent on government handouts for these no good black elected officials own self efficacy....

California, other States, as well as local jurisdictions of government are facing heavy deficits because of wasteful government spending and the incompetence of government bureaucrats.

It has reached the level of contempt or disgust for incumbent elected officials in California that many businesses, affluent individuals, or other longstanding taxpaying residents of California are leaving or will leave the State of California for other jurisdictions with a lower sales tax, business tax, property tax, and State income tax burden.

I'm all for downsizing government and reducing the power of elected officials, that include President Obama and the Obama Administration to force taxation on taxpayers who are overburdened with taxes, augmented with inept elected officials who waste taxpayer's money, and have blatant contempt for the Constitution and the rule of law.
