CONSTANT CARE FAMILY MANAGEMENT NAMES LAURA KISLOWSKI VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING
“The company is family-owned and operated with a superior product that focuses on quality care,” said Kislowski. “I believe in the company’s mission, and this position will allow me to use my clinical experience and my senior housing expertise to help families living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.”
Kislowski plans to visit every Autumn Leaves Alzheimer’s and Memory Care Community over the next few weeks. She will meet with employees, families and residents at the
community level to assist her in creating a program that fits their needs. Kislowski will travel to the communities on a regular basis.
“Sales and marketing is all about understanding the families, the residents and the employees,” said Kislowski. “I want to be out there in the field talking with them and gathering input from them. I will use that information to develop a plan that accomplishes our collective goals.”
Chad Anderson, president of Constant Care Family Management, announced Kislowski’s addition to the team.
“Laura has a tremendous amount of experience in the senior housing industry,” said Anderson. “She understands our family environment, and she knows how to implement successful national marketing plans. She brings a strong, positive energy to the position, and we know she has the tools necessary to succeed.”
