    "Sanctity of Human Life Act"

     

    "Fundamental Individual Right to Life" .. "We Support a Human Life Amendment to the Constitution"

     

    Are these a contradiction to support for Capital Punishment, a violation of the human right to life?

     

    What we know is that some have been found innocent years after being executed, what some know and others do not is that in some cases where wrong doing is involved linked to threats of lawsuits or dismissal there is pressure to find the accused guilty instead of innocent, which can include Capitol Punishment.
