    Like most Indians, Diwali is special to me. Not because of the traditional pujas, the new clothes or sweets, but because the festival almost always filled you with a warmth and lifted your spirits. Above all else, it is a day of being together. This year, with my family being abroad, I met with a couple of friends who are away from their families as well to celebrate the real spirit of Diwali - togetherness.
