    Mark Leon Essex Smith, plaintiff, algebra teacher, son, husband, father and a Muslim. Was denied his right to Freedom of Religion, a non-hostile work environment and freedom from repeated acts of retaliation. Twelve non Muslim jurors, 10 whites and 2 blacks, after 3 days of testimony and 75 pieces of documentation, decided unanimously with only one hour of deliberation that the defendant Watson Chapel School District of Pine Bluff, Arkansas was Not Guilty of any of the civil rights violations claimed by the defendant who was forced to defend himself Pro Se.
