Chocolate rice pudding
3/4 cup rice
milk
80g butter
1 bar of milk chocolate
2 teaspoons of sugar
For the decoration:
4 cubes of chocolate
Pour rice milk, add butter and cook. When the rice will absorb the milk pour him some more and repeat the operation until the rice is very soft. Upon reaching the desired softness of rice and almost completely absorbed the milk, add chocolate, broken into cubes and sugar. Cook for less heat, stirring constantly, until everything together to combine. Serve immediately, on top of putting pieces of chocolate.
