SURPRISE, AZ: Mia, Jakob & Kristian Cicero, missing from Surprise, Arizona since 2/3/2009, have been located safe according to the National Center For Missing and Exploited Children who sent out an e-mail this morning.
They were thought to be removed from the USA by their noncustodial mother and taken to Denmark. Shortly after their disappearance the children's father applied for their return to the United States under the terms of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
