    A Monument to the Living.

    As an artist from NYC, I was invited as an Artist In Residence to the city of Tuzla, Bosnia-Herzegovina this past May. After visiting several locations including Srebrenica and seeing thousands of names etched in stone of those no longer with us, I decided to build the word "Occupy" large enough for 200 Bosnian youth to go inside the space and write their names and their stories on its' interior. And in doing so we ending up creating on monument to life and to the people who are alive and with us today. youtu.be/4kY9kCwtOVY
