    Curate in Asheville captures the tongue!


    The bar de tapas restaurant Curate in Asheville, NC presents the most delicious tapas I have ever tried. From the piquillo peppers stuffed with cana de catra cheese to the cured ham from the famous black-footed iberico pigs of Spain to the fried eggplant drizzled with wild mountain honey and seasoned with rosemary, everything delights the palate!


    Words do not do this place justice. If you are ever in the Asheville area, you will be doing yourself a favor in sampling this gastronomic pleasure!
