    Fat mom tri's to get Fit!

    In 2008 I weighed 369 pounds. After an accident playing in the backyard with my 3 young kids, I knew. Had to make some big changes! Over the next 2 1/2 years I lost 212 pounds by changing my diet and adding daily exercise.


    I changed (and saved) not only my life, but that of my family as well. We are now active, fit, and healthy. I want to inspire, motivate, and encourage other people to take control of their health through fitness and diet.

    I believe that my positive experience, motivation, and determination would be an asset to the Fit Nation 2013 Triathlon Team!
