This iReport is part of an assignment:
Weekends in America
More than two million pounds of sparkling ice, fill a 13,000 square-foot igloo (Queen Mary’s Dome or formally known as the Spruce Goose Dome) to bring a winter wonderland to Southern California. Each is handmade and kept at a very cool nine degrees Fahrenheit to preserve the ice.
According to the Queen Mary website - CHILL is open seven-days-a-week beginning November 17 through January 6, 2013. www.queenmary.com/chill
I enjoyed CHILL with Disney's "A.N.T. Farm" stars, Sierra McCormick, Aiden Mincks, and Allie DeBerry. Check out the photos.
